Good followership is the responsibility of the follower. Followers must take initiative for their own success. Good followers are responsible for their own attitudes, spirituality, and overall sense of direction.

Working Together

Knowing both how to lead and follow on a team is vital. Sharing communal resources, including vision, requires the cooperation of everyone. Knowing how to work through conflict, how to communicate, and how optimize group performance is the key to organizational progress.
